Nice staff, but some room woes
The restaurant team is fantastic! I loved chatting with them, and the views from the dining area on the 20th floor are worth it. Also, the location is excellent for exploring Dar.
However, check-in took a long time, and I found the sheets slightly stained. There were also maintenance gaps since the TV wasn't working properly in my room.

Gym offers a nice perk in a city lacking modern workout spaces. Rooms provide clean and comfortable environments with nice city views.
Check-in process drags on too long, leaving a first impression that could use a quick jump to light speed. Some rooms vary significantly in design and amenities—two stayed in were definitely below average, featuring cramped washrooms where the layout hindered functionality.

Had a great time with friends here. We loved the breakfast spread and the amazing views from the top floors. The location is perfect for exploring attractions nearby like the National Museum and the ferry to Zanzibar. I recommend getting a room on a higher floor for the best views.
One downside was that the lobby had a strange smell, which made for a less-than-ideal first impression upon arrival.

Spent 3 nights in a Standard Queen Room. Cozy and clean with air conditioning, minibar, and a nice view. The gym is a bonus, and the staff were super helpful. Breakfast had a great variety of options. Rooftop dining is a nice touch too!

The Standard Queen Room was pretty decent, really clean, and had nice city views. The housekeeping was on point, always coming back to a tidy room. However, the bathroom was a bit cramped, which got annoying. All in all, not bad for a short stay!
